Our cardiology department offers a range of diagnostics and treatments for cardiac conditions including heart attacks, heart arrhythmias and coronary heart disease.  

Our specialist team play a crucial role in treating conditions that affect the heart and cardiovascular system, helping you feel safe and confident that you are receiving the best levels of treatment.

You will be assured of high standards of care and excellent facilities at the hospital. On site diagnostics include x-rays, ultrasound and MRI scans and operations are carried out in one of our new state of the art surgical theatres.

As an inpatient you will be looked after in a comfortable and caring environment, staying in one of our en-suite private rooms and receiving freshly cooked meals each day of your stay.

Cardiology Consultation Fees

For self funded care, or other routes, a referral letter from a GP, or another doctor is normally required to see a cardiology consultant.

Patients using medical insurance should be fine, as all our consultants work within acceptable fee levels. Consultations typically cost between £150 and £250.

Consultants at our hospital are renowned, senior physicians or surgeons. They will be on the General Medical Council’s specialist register, along with belonging to specialist bodies.

As importantly, they are here because along with their skills and knowledge, they share our patient first ethos.
