The Best Route To Recovery
Spinal cord injury can have a significant impact on someone’s life, with symptoms that vary greatly depending on the severity and type of injury.
The higher up on the spinal cord an injury occurs, more of the body is affected, causing paralysis, reduction in movement or muscle weakness.
Our rehabilitation centre delivers expert care for complete and incomplete spinal cord injury, with a skilled multi-disciplinary team dedicated to working with each patient.
Alongside our specialised team the centre is equipped with leading innovative technologies such as the anti-gravity treadmill, to improve mobility and gain strength.
Our onsite hydrotherapy pool helps relieve pain and increase tone and mobility in a calm environment.
A Multidisciplinary Approach
Our patients benefit from a highly skilled team of clinical specialists including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists and language therapists who will work closely with the patient depending on their personal treatment plan.
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists are specialised in spinal cord injuries as well as treating a wide range of other conditions. Treatment can be a combination of traditional techniques and using neurotechnology.
