Lifelong Support for Active Living

Our sports and exercise medicine consultants understand the impact an injury can have on your life and are dedicated to helping you regain your previous level of fitness.

Our consultants have extensive experience supporting elite athletes and national teams, yet are equally passionate about helping recreational athletes and patients with limited mobility.

Their expertise is enhanced by our on-site medical imaging, allowing for precise diagnoses and effective treatments for tendon and ligament injuries, soft tissue and muscle tear, stress fractures, knee injuries, and more.

Physiotherapists will often be involved in your personalised treatment plan to help regain mobility and rehabilitation.

Our team of specialists will be able to give you help and advice applicable to the type of sport or exercise you do. This could involve collaborating with you on long-term fitness plans, designing rehabilitation exercises to restore strength, or exploring ways to prevent future injuries occurring.
