A Comfortable Stay Right Next Door
People spending time with us for rehabilitation often form relationships with our staff. They are helpful but having the support of family and friends can matter more.
Three 2 bedroom flats and two 3 bedroom flats are available to our patients’ guests, refurbished to a high standard, to provide the comforts of home.
They are securely located within our grounds and have a room by room fire alarm system. Free parking is available within the hospital car park during your stay.
A modern kitchen with dishwasher is ideal to prepare meals, or meals can be prepared by our chef. Simply order from reception on the morning, or the day before.
You are welcome to eat any meals you wish with the person who is staying with us, rather than in the flat, an ideal time to talk through the achievements of the day.
Arranging To Stay
Stays from one night, to as long as you choose can be booked through our reception. The cost is £95 per person per night, which includes any services:
- Your flat will be cleaned daily.
- Towels and fresh bedding provided
- Tea & coffee supplies replenished
Knowing that your needs are taken care of and travel eliminated allows you to focus on the reason you are there, giving valuable support to someone you care about.
The Importance Of Your Stay
Having visitors during residential therapy can be a huge boost. Knowing that loved ones are on-site to share your journey adds an extra layer of support and comfort.
This can be especially valuable during the first few nights, close to discharge, or at other key moments in your rehabilitation. The most important thing is understanding the needs of the person involved, as that is at the core of the process.
Research into family involvement in residential treatment shows that patients feel less disconnected from their lives, leading to higher completion rates and greater progress.
If you live nearby and can visit regularly, we welcome you to do so. If staying over is more convenient, our guest accommodation is available to support you.
We designed our flats to ensure that those coming to us are supported in the way they prefer, making them a valuable asset in the journey to rebuild and improve lives.

Hydrotherapy pool
An 8.5 metre pool heated to 34 centigrade, with resistance jets for exercise and a jet massage. The pool provides accessibility for all, with slides and hoists built in and is supported by experienced staff .
