Mrs Marsh qualified in medicine from the University of Birmingham, in 2005. Further training followed in Birmingham and the West Midlands, with a particular focus on women’s health and modern approaches to surgery.
Alongside broad obstetric knowledge, Mrs Marsh gained considerable experience in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. She continues to practice these techniques, achieving reliable outcomes with minimal intervention.
In cases where open surgery is the best choice, for certain hysterectomies, or large cysts, Mrs Marsh can offer complete support. The manner in which she does so is equally valuable to her patients.
Mrs Marsh was admitted to the GMC’s Specialist Register for Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2017. Since then, she has served as a consultant, earning a reputation for excellent patient care.
Whether offering minor procedures to outpatients, or complex surgical care to inpatients, she focuses on understanding the people she treats. Mrs Marsh’s belief in providing honest, personalised care helps her patients make informed choices, leading to good outcomes.
Quality Improvement
Mrs Marsh has been a Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists member since 2013. She has also served as an overseas aid worker in Yemen, Ecuador and Bosnia.
As a consultant, Mrs Marsh has embraced the philosophy of improving patient care by striving to enhance the quality of care through better management practices and improved outpatient facilities.
This has included setting up an outpatient endometrial ablation service and an adolescent gynaecology clinic.
Her dedication to supporting women’s health is evident and reflected in the fine support she provides to those who visit her.
